RETURNS & WARRANTY

​​RETURN  POLICY​

SOLEBIKE offers a 30 day return policy on all of our bicycles.  Bicycles may be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. (In store purchases are final sale due  to being considered used once the bicycle leaves the store ) We also require a receipt as a proof of purchase.  If you wish to return an order, Shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer.  If you have received the wrong color or size we will pay the shipping fee.
If the bicycle or packaging are received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.
 
All returns are subject to and will be charged a 25% restocking fee this includes orders that are cancelled once they have been processed. This restocking fee covers our in-store handling plus all the bank and credit card fees we are charged even when you return the product. No exclusions apply. 
 
Note: Returned items on orders with free shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order. 

WARRANTY POLICY​

**Warranty Activation:**
- Warranty is activated with professional assembly.
- Simply take your bike to a local bike shop for assembly.
- Share the assembly receipt via email for warranty claims.

**Coverage Period:**
- Frame: 2 years against manufacturing defects.
- Motor: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Battery: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Controller and Electronics: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Other Components: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.

**Conditions:**
- Warranty applies to the original owner with proof of purchase.
- Frames and forks are covered; other components like pedals, cranks, etc., are excluded due to normal wear and tear.
- Owner is responsible for shipping costs for warranty items sent to SOLEBIKE.

**Warranty Exclusions:**
- Does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, or modifications.
- Excludes specific items like wheels, tires, grips, brake pads, cranks, chains, pedals, and cables due to considerable wear and tear.
