ONLINE ORDER FAQ

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    If your items are in stock, we will process and ship within 1-5 business days (please be aware that shipping may be delayed during the Sales or Busy Holidays) We ship via Ground which takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on where we are shipping to.
  • Where do your orders ship from?
    Depends on e-bike warehouse.
  • Are all items on your website currently in stock?
    No, our website is not directly connected to our warehouse inventory, so it is impossible to update the site immediately after an item is no longer in stock. However, we will try our best to keep the site and our stock up to date. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us at info@solebike-us.com or give us a message (626)698-5790.
  • Can I cancel my order if it is not in-stock?
    Yes, you have the option to place your order on hold or cancel and request a full refund ( out of stock orders will not be charged) funds for out of stock orders will be voided.
  • Voided Payment? 
    Voided payment are not really refunds since we never actually captured any funds to begin with we are just canceling the authorization you gave us to capture the funds which will usually show on your account as "pending transaction" once we Void the payment authorization your funds will be available for immediate use (please contact your banking institution to confirm).
  • How long does it take for an item to come back in stock?
    It depends. Sometimes we can have the item back in stock in a matter of days. Sometimes it may take a few months. Possible reasons could be our factories are waiting on a shipment to arrive to port, or clear customs. In some cases, the factories are still in the process of manufacturing the item. Back-order customers (please note that some models may be subject to change without prior notice). We will make sure to keep you up to date on all the details.
  • Can you call me when an item becomes available again?
    YES.
  • Can I cancel my order or change items after I already submitted my order?
    Yes, you can cancel the order completely or in part, and you can also change any items, just email us at info@solebike-us.com or the better option CALL us (626)698-5790 cancellation is not approved until you receive an email confirmation from us *Please note that if the order has already started processing you will incur a 25% restocking fee.
